  9. Hello Shelly,
I'm relatively new to the Zentangled community and this is my first blog comment. Really. I was a blog virgin. Anyway, I have always loved your amazing work and if you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you to complete the piece at the top of this post? I am dying to know. I tend to rush things but I know all good things that are worthwhile take time. All the best in the New Year! Laura

    1. Hi Laura, thank you for visiting, it's very nice that this is your 1st post comment. Welcome to Zentangle and to the best addiction. It is hard to say how long this large piece took, it sat on my work table for about a week while I filled in bits here and there. I have done them this size before in 3 days when I haven't been disturbed much. Drawing a Zentangle or ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) is a good time to slow down but sometimes I rush a bit also. Just enjoy the process.
